You will not see the gang sheets you designed during the checkout process they are tied with your name/email when submitting both, please try to use the same email when checking out as you did when you submitted your gang sheet.

Yes, be sure to make an account on our builder itself on the top right hand corner and you’ll be able to view your orders submiter within the last 3 months, if they don’t show up simply reach out and we can send you a link! You can reach out via live chat, email info@teddytransfers, or instagram us with your order number and request!

We go based off your latest submission, say if you were playing around with our builder and submitted a few gang sheets over the last few days/weeks, we base it off your latest submission, if you need a specific one please reach out to confirm which one needs to be printed.

Yes you are able to reorder a past order, just reach out to us and request this.
Or log into your account on the builder to repurchase! We only keep submissions for 3 months.

You will not see a custom image inside your cart or a link at this time, we are working hard to make this happen. You have to manually add what you built and it is a generic thumbnail that will be in your cart.
