Returns and Exchanges 

All Sales are FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If a product comes damaged please reach out within 48 hours after delivery and we will offer you a reprint or store credit.

We do not assume responsibility for user errors, which may encompass, but are not restricted to, damages incurred during application or washing. It is crucial to carefully adhere to the provided instructions prior to applying any transfer. 

Store Credit Policy

  1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Store credit issued by our store is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund. It is also non-transferable and must be used by the original recipient.

  2. Expiration: Store credit may have an expiration date, and it is the responsibility of the customer to use it within the specified time frame. Any unused store credit after this period will be forfeited.

  3. No Cash Back: Purchases made with store credit are not eligible for cash back. Any remaining balance will stay on your store credit for future use.

  4. Final Sale: All items purchased with store credit are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or reprinted.

Store Credit Purchases: Purchases made using store credit are not eligible for additional refunds, reprints, or further store credit.

Changing Custom Gang Sheets / Canceling After Ordering Custom Orders

We kindly ask that you take your time when submitting gangsheets; While you can request changes they will be subject to the following.

  1. If your order has already begun processing, but not yet printed, changes will be subjected to 10% of your total cost, as well as be considered a new order - resetting the turn around time.

  2. If your order has already started printing; Your order is considered final and is not subject to any cancellations or refunds.

Customs & Taxes

Please note we do not cover import duty and taxes that are applicable in the recipient country. Additional taxes or customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the buyer. Teddy Transfers does not have control over these charges and they will vary each country/port of entry.

Additional payment may be necessary for your package/product to be delivered to you.

Please visit your country’s customs website or office for more information on customs procedures and additional taxes/charges that may be applicable to you.

Damaged / Missing Product

We ask that you please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Problems such as damaged, defective, wrong or missing items can be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

All packages over $50 are insured; If you notice damage caused in transit, or your order never arrived and is considered “lost” please notify us immediately and we can start the claim process with you.

Shipping Refunds

We are not responsible for delays in shipment due to the carriers.

If you request for shipping refund due to carrier not delivering on a promised time, we can request a refund from carrier if they deemed it to be approved we can refund the costs.

Damaged Clothing/Materials

It is the customers responsibility to inspect thier transfers prior to pressing. Teddy Transfers is not responsiblefor any damages to shirts, materials, equipment, etc.

Insufficient Address

Please ensure your address is correct when submitting an order. Any orders that are returned due to insufficient address or incorrect address will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Please note we do not ship to PO BOXES, entering a PO box may delay in getting your package on time.
